Authentic Dybbuk Box. Found in Plantation Home attic.
This is the third box of 3 total boxes found in same attic.
Bought this from another collector who originally found this box and 2 other boxes in the attic of 120 year old plantation house in western North Carolina. The land is rich with history and was said to have built on a section of Cherokee land. Home has been in the same family’s name since it was built and according to the family, their great grandmother was a medium and had experienced a large amount of demonic activity from multiple entities in the home. There is something inside this box, but the contents are unknown to me. Supposedly, there are items from the grandmother’s seances used to exteriorize the spirits inside the box, but I have not opened the box to ensure that those are the items inside. The family has found many other items and evidence of the seances and rituals. Broken chairs and rope was also found in the same vicinity. I never open any boxes out of respect for the spirit so please don’t ask me what is inside. I do not know.
This box in is heavy with activity. Orbs are often seen. Growling sounds and forceful attachments have happened on multiple occasions.
