Haunted Dolls, Bonded Pair, Twins, VeryActive Spirits, Rare, Mischievous
Thisis Smit and Sofie. They were a set of twins – a boy and girl about eight yearsold – from Holland. They were out playing on a frozen lake together one daywhen they fell through the ice. Smit died and Sofie survived, just barely. Thedolls did not belong to Sofie. They were bought be a tourist around the timeSmit died. Sofie, although she lived the accident with the ice, did not live verylong. She died in her late teens. She was never the same after her brotherdied. Once she passed, her spirit sought out her brother. The dolls by thattime were in the US. The tourist had given them to a grandchild, thatgrandchild had donated them to a thrift store, then bought and passed arounduntil I found them.
Theyare very active and very mischievous. Because of his icy death, Smit can makeit feel very cold in the room. Both like to play tricks on my pets. They canmake the pets think there are mice or other prey animals nearby and make themchase them. They can’t do that to humans, at least yet, because humans are alittle more complicated. They both really like to listen to music, and theylike to be able to see out the window. I caught them one time playing tricks onthe neighbor dog. It was funny, but I try not to encourage that. Sophie is moremature than Smit, but I think she just is happy that she is with her brotheragain.
Theactual vessels are about 6.5 inches long and about 3 inches wide each. Theireyes open and close when to sit them up or recline them. They are made ofplastic. Their shoes are wooden, and they can come off. Sofie’s hat comes offeasily. They are very light. Their limbs move.
Pleasedo not separate them from each other. If they are separated, Sophie begins to cry.You can feel her grief in your core. It’s painful. I think it would be a goodidea to encourage them to develop some new interests. Maybe a subject of somethingthey like to watch on TV or a podcast they might enjoy. They seem to need morestimulation to keep them out of trouble.

I find dolls who are spirited and helpthem find a safe and comfortable home.
All my dolls havebeen in my care for at least 3 months. I find them in different places butalways they reach out looking for someone to find them a new home. Sometimesthe spirit in the doll wants a new home because they are trying to find aperson with whom they connect. Sometimes they are looking for a new adventure.At times, they are unhappy where they are and are looking for a living place.Either way, I am particularly sensitive to them, and they seem to showthemselves to me everywhere I go. I have had this talent since I was small andnow that I have my own life, I have the freedom to help any spirits I can.
I have a cat and adog, and they are – like most animals – very sensitive to the spirits. This ishelpful because animals are better at picking up evil or temperamental spiritswho are hiding that part of themselves. If they’ve picked up anything likethat, I will list it. Most spirits, however, even if they are less thanperfectly sweet only need some care and attention.
Any informationabout the doll, I will share. Often, they are not ready to share how they died.I will write about it if they do share. However, sometimes it takes much time andpatience listening and bonding with the spirit. Especially when the spirit wasa child. Many of these spirits had traumatic pasts. It is our responsibility tomake sure they and their vessels have a safe and happy place to stay now.
