    Lampblack is black pigment made by burning low-grade heavy oils or similar materials with insufficient air, and in a closed system where soot can be collected in settling chambers. Properties are markedly different from carbon black. Uses include - pigments, ceramic ware, inks, linoleum, carbon paper, canyons. carbon brushes, etc. Non-regulated material.
