    Description

    Lead acetate trihydrate is also know as sugar of lead. This material is hydrated with three molecules of water. A white crystal or powder with a sweetish taste with a density of 2.5. Soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohols. Uses include - dyeing of textiles, waterproofing, varnishes, lead driers, chrome pigments, gold cyanidation process, insecticide, antifouling paints, analytical reagent and hair dye .  Packaged in a wide mouth polyethylene jar with screw cap. This material is shipped in compliance with USPS Publication 52.
