Original vintage Chrysler radio cover 2162146

Of all the goofy stuff I offer on eBay this is probably my favorite. The part number places it in the early 60's. I kind of remember it as a kid from a 63 Newport but I can not be sure. Maybe it was a 62?  This is what they had when you ordered radio delete. Remember that? You could save about $ 106 if your got your car without a radio! Forgive me if I get the numbers mixed up but a radio was an expensive item in those days. This might be a nice item for the owner who sends out their radio for repair/upgrade and wants the open space properly covered. The part has its two mounting screws in proper condition with their washers and nuts ready to install. I notices some scratches which I have attempted to highlight in the photos but they may not mean much in the overall scheme of things. I just love the script and look forward to the time when I can have my 63 one of these days in another life. Thank you for your interest.
