The following are the directions for using the mat:
Get into prime pendulum position. Sit up straight and rest your elbow on the table. Have your pendulum mat in front of you. Sit up straight and calm your mind. You may meditate beforehand if you prefer.
Hold the pendulum and let it hang loose. You may see that it is already moving. Don’t worry! That means the contact is being initiated. It may be moving toward a certain word or phrase. Wait and let the entity you are communicating with play around a bit. When you're ready, prepare yourself for true communication.
Now, you may begin to ask your questions. Start off small. Get to know the entity you're communicating with. If you received a vessel from me, you may start by asking about things mentioned in the vessel's listing. Don't overwhelm your spirit/entity right away!
The pendulum will move most toward the answer to your question on the map. For example, if you ask if something the spirit/entity does not understand, the pendulum will move toward "TRY AGAIN." Or if you ask a question that the spirit responds to positively, the pendulum will spin toward "YES."
Once you and the spirit/entity is comfortable, you may begin to ask them to help with their power! This is the most important part. Make sure you are specific with your request. The more specific you are, the more accurate your results.
And that's it for the directions!
