    This is a very rare version of this tool. It’s not a Type 1 since the Type one had no sliding but rather had a fixed hole in the square in the corner. But this is before the lever type that came later. It’s in as found condition, I didn’t want to mess anything up even though it was very tempting to clean up the brass on this. I did use light machine oil the bevel square part to protect it however.
