Vintage Anatomical Model of Jaw bone

Description

Early model of jaw bone, wonderful vintage coloration. Possibly made by Nystrom or Denoyer Geppert, suspect it was made in the U.S. Estimating age 1930-1940. Excellent specimen for a science collector, intriguing sculpture for an interior design project.
Piece hand painted on wood base. It measures 131/2" x 19 1/4 x 4 1/4"
There is a crack on the back, top side, it looks to have permeated the paint and gesso surface, I can't see evidence of larger damage or repair,  paint flaking, crazing, places where paint has worn and possibly faded and/or discolored, wear commensurate with age of the piece.
