This is a Vintage Penicillin Allergy Medical Alert Pendant Necklace.  The pendant is 1 1/8" in diameter.  It does not mention the length of the chain.  It is in excellent unused condition.  Please, refer carefully to the photo / photos for the exact condition of this item.
